Getting Started:  You must first register and become a member of FloridaWOW.com, before Listing properties on the FloridaWOW.com (RELS) Real Estate Listing Service website. There is no charge to become a member.

 

Attn. Agency's: You must register your Agency's office account before adding individual agent accounts.

 

How To Register: To register click the register located here or on the FloridaWOW.com homepage.

During registration you must first select (user/member) type Agency/agent or For Sale by owner FSBO.

All fields indicated with Red asterisk *  Require Mandatory field information or your registration submission will be denied.

Click the email communication check box to receive periodic, information, special offers & service updates.

You must read all the terms and conditions if you agree to the terms, click  the check box to accept the terms and conditions of the end user license agreement.

(i.e..)* I have read and agree to the terms and conditions in User Agreement. <= Check this box to accept agreement!

 

Finally after ensuring all fields are completed, Click the submit button located at the bottom of the registration page and you will be successfully registered with FloridaWOW.com

 

If the registration fails, you will be notified on screen similar to below. Text field boxes with error will be marked in red; you must also Re-supply the password and confirm password  every time a attempt registration fails.

There is an error, please check below and try again.
The email addresses you entered do not match, please try again.
The passwords you entered do not match, please try again.
You must accept the User Agreement, please try again.

Correct any error(s), ensure password field and confirm password field are complete, then click submit button again.

 

When your registration is complete you will be taken into the FloridaWOW.com website, and you will begin session in to your work area. My Account.

 

From your account you can perform many functions such as add listings, search for listings, change user information, view your active, unapproved and Expired listings. In addition you will be able to check and reroute emails generated from customers that have viewed your listing(s) and additional help on using the FloridaWOW.com system.

 

COSTS: Currently we are offering FREE listings for both agents and FSBOs property listings.

 

FSBO: (for sale by owner) Membership as a FSBO allows member to list a single property owned by the member.

 

AGENCY: You are required to be a licensed real estate broker to have an agency account, if you are an agent you must request your broker to apply for an agency account before adding individual agents to his agency account. You may register here or on the FloridaWOW.com website homepage. 

 

PHOTOS: Listings must first be submitted before photos can be uploaded. Select upload photo and a small window will open where you can browse to the image and input a caption for each photo. supported formats are .JPG, GIF, and PNG photos are limited to 750kb. in size please see information below.

 

Optimum 160height X 227 wide, 72 dpi.

advantage: fastest loading time, as photos are sized fit to flyer.

disadvantage: no larger image to view.

 

 

Average 300height  x 400 wide, 72 dpi.

advantage: photos will auto resize to 160 x 227 to fit the flyer.

customers can click on image and get a larger view.

Disadvantage: longer loading time.

ADMIN REVIEW: After submission, listing(s) are reviewed by the FloridaWOW.com support team to determine category relevance, content, image accuracy and compliance with federal & state fair housing law.

CANCELLATION: Your membership account will remain active up to 30 days after expiration or cancellation of last property listing. accounts will be automatically closed after 30 days after inactivity.
